Knights of Rizal celebration of 127th Rizal Day in Negros Oriental and Panay Area

    Dumaguete City, November 24, 2023 — The Negros Island History, Heritage & Arts Society, in collaboration with the City Government of Dumaguete,Provincial Government of Negros Oriental , the Paulinian Art Society, and the Buglas Reading & Writers Club, joined hands to commemorate the 125th Negros Oriental Liberation Day.
