Hermano Mayor of the Flores de Mayo from a prominent familia of the place and civic minded person. Mr. Larena one of the movers of the well -known Santacruzan Festival from 1999-2008 and a member of the Dumaguete City Tourism Council and Dumaguete Arts & Festival Society .

Reyna Emperatríz (Queen Empress) - this is another representation of Saint Helena, this time alluding to the imperial Roman title of Augusta (meaning 'empress' or 'queen mother') which Constantine had bestowed upon her.

In Dumaguete City, the commemoration, held at Quezon Park, was spearheaded by the Order of the Knights of Rizal Negros Oriental Chapter and the Rizal Youth Club of Silliman University.
