  The Order of the  Knights of Rizal, Central Visayas with the regional commander Sir Rafael Crescencio Tan,KCR , led the celebration of the 161st birth anniversary of Philippine National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, at Manuel Luis Quezon Park Dumaguete City Negros Oriental. Sir Dr. Henry A. Sojor, KGOR and Former Amb.Macarthur Flores Corsino ,KGOR Negrosanon Knights of Rizal with a wreath-laying ceremony. Sir Dr. Cesar P. Estrope Ph.D. KOR is our Rizal birthday speaker. This was followed by a fellowship breakfast at Joshua 1, Bethel Guest House. The Fellowship speaker is Sir Dr  Greg Elnas Baccay JD KCR.
